Healthy Shopping, Cooking and Eating Discussion Forum

 Our goal is to help encourage healthy eating habits and eliminate or at least control bad eating and snacking habits. And to keep everything as simple and as close to basic everyday living as possible.

So everyone will believe they can do it.

 The three categories we will start with are basic:

Shopping

  • Discussing the importance of how to think ahead about your meal planning.

  •  Budget planning and how to save money.

  •  Picking out good produce and products from the grocery store.

Cooking

  •  Simple and easy ways to cook healthy dishes.

  •  Money and time saving suggestions.

  •  Cooking dinner with lunch or breakfast in mind.

Eating

  • Learning to be aware of what you eat.

  • Drinking enough water.

  • Cut out or down on salt and sugar.

  • Replace bad food snacks consumption with heathier choices.

 And if you are dieting, we hope this will help along with which ever diet plan you choose.

 And to encourage consistent self-accountability to reach set realistic goals.

 It's hard to say no to unhealthy eating. Unless you have a better choice.
